A comprehensive learning line and SWOT analysis. Balancing work and home life is difficult - what you need to do, is to pigeon hole a couple of hours in the evening or day for yourself every day and just get on with work, then you will be able to keep on top of it all. Maybe a quiet hour in the library will help?
